Looking for Roommate - Furnished Suite in NE Rochester - w/ Utilities!

Hi everyone, my name is Jack (M25) and I'm a Ph.D. student in immunology in Rochester. I'm looking for a roommate to share my house with. It's a very nice setup for young medical professionals who like having some private living space at an affordable price.

The entire top floor of the house would be your space. There's a fully furnished sitting room with two sofas, a desk, a TV, and storage space, a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, nightstand, and storage space, and a bathroom. The main floor of the house has a shared kitchen and shower, and the basement of the house has a shared sitting room and laundry. You'd be sharing the house with one other person (me).

The house is a 5 minute drive from downtown and is 1 block from a bus stop.

Rent is $775 per month with all utilities included (water, electricity, gas, internet, garbage, etc). Preference given to those who can commit to a lease. The room is available on or after June 1st, 2023.
