Moving to Rochester: Storage Unit Needed

My family is moving to Rochester in January and we're looking for a reputable storage unit facility that is safe, offers indoor storage, 24/7 access and good pricing. Would love to know if anyone has had a good experience with a local company. Also curious if anyone used a service like Mayflower to move and had them unload into a storage unit.
