Genghis Grill

Genghis Grill is offering healthcare workers 20% off their carryout and call-ahead orders at all locations. Show a badge or medical ID to get the discount. Genghis is also giving away free meals each day to healthcare workers who share a "scrubs selfie" while at work. Learn more on their Facebook page.


IHOP is offering 20% off the entire check for medical, law enforcement, military, and firefighter professionals. Mention the offer when you call in an order and show your I.D, or badge at pickup.

Krispy Kreme

Every Monday from now through May 11th, Krispy Kreme is giving healthcare workers one dozen free donuts with a valid ID. Limit five dozen per person.

Little Caesars Pizza

Little Caesars Pizza is donating and delivering a million pizzas to healthcare workers and first responders in the U.S. starting April 13. Use the Little Caesars app to "Pie it Forward" and donate a pizza to your local hospital, police station, or fire station. Learn more.

Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill

Naf Naf is offering first responders and active or retired military personnel a 15% discount on their order. Present your valid ID in the store to receive your discount.

Nando’s Peri-Peri Chicken

Nando’s is bringing hot catered meals to hospitals located near each of their locations every day. Additionally, they are providing free meals to anyone with a valid hospital ID. To redeem, visit Nando’s in uniform and/or present a valid hospital ID. Offer must be redeemed by phone order. Valid through May 3rd.

Pizza vs Pandemic

The pizza delivery app Slice has partnered with two other organizations to support small businesses and deliver hot pizza to essential workers. Simply make a tax-deductible donation and Slice will identify a local care center to deliver a pizza to. Learn more.

Pollo Tropical

First responders in uniform and healthcare workers with valid ID receive 50% off their meal at Pollo Tropical. Order at the drive-thru or place an order for pick up using the app.


Starbucks is offering frontline workers and first responders a free tall hot or iced coffee until May 3. Note that many Starbucks locations are temporarily closed. Check with your local Starbucks to claim.


Sweetgreen is delivering free, fresh salads and bowls to hospitals in the cities they serve. To claim, fill out the form online.

Tropical Smoothie Café

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is giving away 100,000 free smoothies to healthcare workers. Visit your location for more information.

White Castle

Through the end of April, White Castle is providing healthcare workers and EMTs with one free combo meal or breakfast combo with valid ID. Visit any White Castle drive-thru to order.


Convenience Stores

Circle K

Circle K convenience stores are offering free coffee, Polar Pop fountain drinks, and tea to healthcare providers with valid badge identification until the end of April.

Cumberland Farms

Cumberland Farms is giving away free hot or iced coffee to nurses, doctors, paramedics, hospital and medical staff, medical researchers, police officers, firefighters, and active military.


All Wawa convenience stores are offering healthcare professionals and first responders free coffee. Visit the store to claim.


Winn-Dixie grocery stores are offering extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, adding a special shopping hour from 8–9 p.m. dedicated to healthcare providers and first responders.

Core Power Yoga

Enjoy free access to a collection of yoga and meditation classes through Core Power on Demand.

CrossFit at Home

CrossFit at Home provides free access to various workout and nutrition videos to preserve your health at home. Learn more.

Down Dog

Down Dog is making all of their apps (Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout) completely free until May 1st. They also are extending free access until July 1 for all healthcare workers.

Ekhart Yoga

Ekhart Yoga is offering 12 free yoga and meditation classes, specifically designed to help relieve stress and anxiety.

Fitness Blender

Fitness Blender is offering free workout videos based on difficulty, focus, and equipment available. Learn more.

Gold’s AMP

Providing free access to over 600 audio and video workouts, Gold’s AMP is helping to keep you moving through May 2020. Download the app or sign up on the website and use promo code FIT60 to redeem.

Nike Run Club

The free Nike Run Club app helps you track your run and provides access to guided runs hosted by coaches on Headspace.

OrangeTheory at Home

OrangeTheory Fitness is offering free online fitness classes while their studios are closed. Learn more.


The Peloton app is free for 90 days, and you do not have to have a Peloton to use it. Not only do they offer bike and treadmill classes, but they also have outdoor walking/running classes, strength, yoga, and meditation.

Pop Sugar Fitness

A free YouTube exercise channel that offers fitness tutorials and workouts. Learn more.

Financial Assistance

2-2-1 United Way

United Way provides free and confidential health and human services information. United Way is available 24/7 to connect you with the resources and information you need. Visit their website or call 2-1-1.

Community Action Partnership

The Community Action Partnership serves the economically disadvantaged nationwide. Services include case management, rent/utility assistance, financial counseling, and an array of other community programming. To learn more, please visit the community action partnership website.

Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF)

The PAF provides co-pay and medical bill relief to qualifying individuals. Case management services are also available. Eligibility depends on several variables including diagnosis, location, availability of funds, and overall financial need. To determine if you qualify for any of their funds, please check their website.

Prescription Assistance

The following websites can provide discounts and rebates for prescription drugs:

Big Lots

Big Lots is offering a 15% discount off all products for first responders, medical professionals, and active military personnel with promo code BIGHEROES. The discount is available through April 30.


The bulk goods warehouse store Costco is offering priority access to members who are healthcare workers and first responders. Simply present your Costco membership card and identification badge to move to the front of the line.

Dollar General

Dollar General is offering a 10% discount on eligible purchases for medical workers, first responders, and active members of the National Guard, valid through April 30. Offer available for in-store purchases.

FITCRUNCH Care Package

Airbnb will waive all their fees up to the first 100,000 COVID-19 responders to book frontline stays through May 31 , 2020. Details and booking here.

BP/Amoco Gas Stations

BP and Amoco gas stations are offering a 50 cent per gallon discount for nurses, first responders, doctors, and hospital workers to use on their next fillup. Verify your status via ID.me to get a discount code to use at the pump.


Uber Health is providing free transportation for frontline healthcare workers, helping them get to healthcare facilities. Uber Eats is providing free meals to first responders and healthcare workers in the U.S. and Canada. They are also offering free delivery for orders from local restaurants.


Clothing & Shoes


Clove is a healthcare shoe company. They are offering free compression socks with every shoe purchase. Just add a pair of socks to the cart, and use code WITHLOVE for the discount to be properly applied.


Crocs, the company that creates popular shoes for healthcare providers, is donating 10,000 shoes a day to healthcare workers. The giveaway starts at 12 p.m. Eastern Time each day. Get in line for your free pair on the Crocs website.
