Jan-YOU-Ary Wellness Journey!

Kickstart 2021 with daily well-being challenges that focus on YOU!
Let’s bring in the New Year with a fresh start! From January 4 – January 29, 2021, join other Mayo Clinic employees in making well-being a priority.
Throughout the month of January, look for Friday releases of activities for the upcoming week (Monday-Friday). There will be all types of well-being activities including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and all around fun.

How it works
  1. Visit the  DAHLC website and follow DAHLC social media on Facebook or Instagram to view the weekly activity posts!
  2. Join our DAHLC Community Facebook group to share your journey through Jan-YOU-ary!

No registration required.
Open to all Mayo Clinic employees - even if you aren't a member of the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. If you're not already a member of our closed Facebook group, we'd love for you to join in on the engagement! It is a great place to connect with other Mayo employees and find a variety of well-being resources.
