Well-Being Connection Groups

Virtual Connection Groups

Virtual connection groups provide an opportunity for staff across the organization to interact with each other in small groups and focus on strategies to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

A Mayo Clinic wellness coach will guide you to:

  • Explore well-being resources
  • Set goals to improve your well-being
  • Practice resiliency skills
  • Connect with colleagues in an encouraging "virtual" environment

These virtual connection groups are available for Mayo Clinic employees only. Options are currently available that address weight management, the unique challenges of supervisors, and overall well-being, stress management, and resiliency. Groups meet for 30-minute sessions each week, for up to six weeks. Please note: due to high demand and the similarity of course material presented in all of the connection groups, it is suggested that employees sign up for only one connection group at a time.

After you register for a group, you will receive an email with secure Zoom login instructions. Registration is ongoing.
