Tips for Coping with COVID-19

We've sheltered in place, deployed working from home, and masked those who must remain in the community to serve those in need. We are doing a great job in keeping our bodies healthy and slowing the spread of COVID-19; however we cannot forget about keeping our minds healthy too.  For some, mental refreshing in this trying time is finding itself to be a bit more difficult than usual.  If your normal way to cope with stress isn’t providing you the reprieve you are used to, here are several tips for coping with this stressful time.
