The Rochester Mayo Clinic EAP offers no cost, confidential counseling to Rochester based employees and qualified dependents. Counselors provide short-term counsel for a variety of life issues. The EAP also provides referrals to community resources and serves as a resource to leadership. Our Supervisor Toolkit provides information on leadership services.
