The Mayo Effect employee challenge is an opportunity for all Mayo Clinic employees to personally connect to the strategic and operating plans. Through the challenge, employees will be asked to submit “in six words or an image” an example of the unparalleled patient experience at Mayo Clinic.
Participate in the employee challenge
- To participate, use your Twitter or Instagram account to tweet or post your six word story and/or image and use #WeAreMayoClinic.
- Not on social media? Post in Mayo Clinic’s online community: Go to https://connect.employees.mayo.edu and click on the “Employee Challenge” group. You can post in the discussion there. If you’re not already a member, follow the instructions online.
- Submission dates: Jan. 22-Feb. 28, 2018.
- Submissions must not show patients or disclose patient information. This includes patient name, condition and/or location.
- If you are unsure of whether or not the submission you’re considering is compliant, consult your supervisor or contact the Privacy Office.
- Submissions must follow all applicable Mayo Clinic policies and procedures, including Social Media Guidelines for Mayo Clinic Employees.
