Hello everyone, my name is Cristian Cisneros (cristiantcisneros@ gmail.com) and I am looking for a relatively cheap furnished place, close to the Mayo Clinic. My start date is in January the 15th.

Hello and Greetings!
The unit I rent is the lower part of my home. I am a female with a child and standard poodle. I’ve been in Rochester for twenty years.
I will have a room available beginning January 1st. It will be a shared space with another female until she moves out the end of January.
Rent is 650.00 per month and that includes all utilities. The home is about 3 blocks from the Mayo shuttle. It’s about 8 blocks away from Mayo’s downtown campus. There’s plenty of grocery stores and parks nearby.
