Seeking female roommate to join 3BR near Mayo

We're a nurse and an engineer living together in Woodridge (https://www.woodridgeonsecond.com/) with an adorable little black golden doodle rat terrier. We love the apartment complex - has unlimited parking out front, free coffee, outdoor pool, lounge/party space, gym, study area, and other cool amenities. It's a 5-7 min drive to both Mayo campuses, and the West Lot is located directly across the street so no need for a car. Cascade Lake is also right across the street - makes for a beautiful walk / run. We plan to move to a replica apartment in the same unit that has 3BR to lower our rent expense. Expecting rent to be ~ $600 per month. We have wifi and electric set up, apartment will be furnished (room needs to be furnished). About us - we're athletic (will motivate you to workout), enjoy cooking, reading, exploring new places in MN, and meeting new ppl. Move in date within the next month or 2, lease signed until July.
