Share one level of home (1200 sq ft) with one other female Mayo Clinic employee. Available April 3. Rent is $675 if paid on time. I pay utilities and you reimburse me flat fee of $90 per month. Hi speed internet, your share $33.(highest speed). internet and trash pick up. Hardwood floors, almost new kitchen and laundry appliances, attached covered patio. We are an all female, all Mayo Clinic Employee home. We don't smoke and don't have pets on this level of the house. Very relaxing, calm space to regenerate.
