Any interest, furnished+utilities included townhome close to Mayo JAX?

Hello! My name is Emily, and my husband just finished his fellowship training at the Mayo this last July. We LOVE it in Jacksonville, so we decided to buy a second home there off of San Pablo, in the Pablo Cove community. Our vision with our second home would be to provide a place/home for other fellow Mayo Clinic friends and family when we aren't there. As we found out about this platform within the Mayo Clinic system, we thought it might be a good place to start to see if there would be any interest.

Our original plan was to cater to traveling medical or non-medical professionals, but we have opened our options to what might fit the needs best. Our townhome is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, laundry in the unit, fantastic amenities, and a great location to the hospital, beaches, and more. If this is of interest to you, we would be happy to talk. We hoped to rent the entire townhome to an individual or family with a short-term lease or even month-to-month if needed. As I have been following this forum for the last few weeks, it looks like people are in need of individual rooms.

Our townhome comes FULLY furnished, and utilities (internet, water/trash, electric/gas) include up to $300 a month. Free parking, with designated two spots and additional parking in front of the property.

If this is interesting to you, we thought of renting the master suite for $1700, the queen-size bedroom for $1500, and the twin-size bedroom for $1200.
