Hi Ferrah, I have a place in a house with 4 roommates 3 females and one male. You can take over the attic which has a private bathroom for 550 + 90-100 (utilities) or you could get another room which is for 400 + utilities. The lease begins June 1st, which I have already signed but you will be taking over in my place. The house is 2 min walk from DAHLC.
