I'm trying to sublet my 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Near a bike trail and only 1 mile from the downtown campus in Rochester. 1/2 mile from nearest park and ride. Rent is $850 and includes lawn care, snow removal, and water. Tenant pays electric and Internet if desired.
Lease goes from 4/1 - 9/30
