$600 + utilities room for rent- Rochester

Hi everyone, we have a room for rent in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment at Eastwood Ridge starting in July. Rent is $600 plus approx. $50-$60 a month for utilities for a six month lease. You would be living with two girls in their 20's who work at Mayo + Tucker (the cat).

Attached are photos of a unit very similar to ours; we have a slightly different layout. Please reach out with any questions or if you are interested in a tour!
