Looking for a room near Guggenheim Building, Rochester
Hi everyone, My name is Nantawat. I will be a research trainee in Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and start from September 2024. I'm looking for a furnished one-bedroom apartment a furnished studio room with a shared or private bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, I will rent for a year. My budget is around $700-1000 per month.

We will have a room available starting in July. This is a 3 room, 2 bath condo and will be shared with 2 other professionals. Rent starts at 850. If you need parking there’s a heated garage space, which rent will then be 1000. Renters are responsible for electric and internet.
