it is a 3B1B house. A big bathroom is shared.

I am a fellow at orthopedic surgery department, male. My girlfriend is visiting me during summer, but she is usually in another state.

There is another roommate, female, who also works at Mayo, St Mary. She usually works evening shift and won't have overlap use the bathroom. A very nice and polite girl.

Rent is 650 with everything included. house is newly renovated.

We are very committed to keeping the house clean and we hope for another clean, quiet and respectful roommate.

Lease term can be flexible. Available for a tour for sure!
