Room available July - mid August (Jax)

Hi.

I have a room vacant for the month of July and for the first two weeks of August.

The apartment is located on San Pablo, 15’ by car from Mayo Clinic, conveniently located next to grocery stores and few gyms (the apartment complex also has a fitness centre and two pools).
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, living room, kitchen and provided with washing machine and dryer. It is also already furnished.
The rent would be around $800 + utilities.

I am a 25 years old student who works at Mayo and loves running, reading, and discovering the best restaurants and coffee shops around Jacksonville.
