I have a fully furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a fully furnished house available in August. I have rented to a IMG in the past that did the same thing. The house is in NW Rochester in a quiet residential neighborhood and is on a bus route. Two females live in the house along with two dogs. Rent is a flat $800/month.
