Hello,
I will have a two bedroom appt available beginning 8/1/2024. Area is updated and welcoming with all new appliances, carpet, flooring as of 2020.
Great location. Minutes to the clinic. Walking distance to the bus line and Mayos shuttle. Close to shopping, restaurants, bike trails, parks and plenty on street parking.
Rent is 700, per each room (2 separate leases), which includes all utilities. I’m also willing to rent entire unit.
