Furnished private room (twin bed, desk, dresser, & closet space), your own full bathroom. Shared living area with me (female resident) including kitchen with kitchen supplies/utensils, living room & washer/drier. 10 minute drive to Mayo and to the Mayo Shuttle parking lot. There is also a bus stop that runs on weekdays a couple min walk from my house. I also have a bike you can borrow. You would have a covered parking spot in my garage as well. $650/month.
