I'm a 35 year old female looking for a furnished room to rent in Rochester from September 2024 to January 2025 (Research fellow job at Mayo Clinic).

Looking for a female to share a 2 bedroom apartment in the lower level of my home which is 1 1/2 miles from Mayo Clinic, Rochester. 1/2 block to busline. I currently have one bedroom filled and the other bedroom will be available starting August 10. One bathroom to share. Rent is $500/month which includes all utilities and wifi. Laundry room will be shared by whole house.
