I have a BR and private bath available on the main level of my house available. Rent is $900 which includes all utilities, internet, fully furnish house with attached garage parking. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood on a bus route. If interested, please PM me.

I'm looking to transfer my lease for a FURNISHED studio at Graham Apartments, 108 16th Street, SE, Rochester, MN, from September to June 14th 2025.

Rent is $900/month, WITH ALL UTILITIES & WIFI INCLUDED . The apartment is in great condition, and the landlord is wonderful. It's just a 2-block walk to Mayo Clinic's Park and Ride! I'm moving due to personal reasons.
