A room to share walking distance from both campuses, MN

I have an unfurnished room in a 1bed/1bath house Rchester, MN, and want to rent it. $550 monthly all utilities and internet included. It has its own back door entrance, walkthrough closet, separate entrance to the kitchen. I am a female postdoc at Mayo. Not pet friendly.

It is, But I was looking for a roommate from first September. If my room was still available in November, I would let you know.

I have a furnished bedroom available at your desired time range. The house is located near Mayo Clinic downtown area and it's a 6 -7 minutes walk to Mayo Clinic and downtown area.
