Rooms in a house available in October 1st, Rochester MN

Hello,
I will have a room available in October in a nice neighborhood in Elton Hills. Featuring hardwood floors throughout the main floor, painted and windows replaced. New carpet in the family room. New microwave, wall oven, kitchen faucet, newer furnace, air conditioner, refrigerator, fenced backyard. Utilities are included in the rental. Everything that you need to feel at home and comfortable.
The house is about 10 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic downtown. You will probably have two roommates. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared areas, and one in the basement with a private entrance, private family room, and bathroom. The rent is $1200 for a room upstairs, utilities are included. The room downstairs is $1500, it's more private. Let me know which one you want. Have a great day!
