Looking for an apartment/bedroom in rochester!

Hi all! I'm a 35-year-old, non-smoking, non-drinking male, Visiting Scientist from Beijing. I'll be starting a research training program at the end of September, and I'm looking for a room near the Mayo Clinic that is within a half-hourwalking distance or conveniently located near a bus stop.
I generally keep the house clean and ask that you do the same.
