Med Student looking for place to rent Aug-2025-May 2026

Hey! I am a student doing rotations at Mayo next year Aug 2025-May 2026 and am looking for a place to stay. I am open to male or female roommates, but prefer someone who is neat and clean like myself. I am open to options and possibly have 1-4 others who could rent if a larger number of rooms had to be filled. Please only reply if you're serious. Not looking to break the bank too bad, even though it is hard not to in Rochester
