Roommate needed for a downtown apartment

I'm looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment with me. The apartment is located at 318 1st Ave. SW, which is the nearest to the downtown campus.
I'm a 27-year-old male MD who is now working as a research fellow at Mayo Clinic.
Place is furnished.
No pets.
Utilities are included.
I'm starting next month and would like a long-term roommate.
You also have to pass a routine background check to rent (which costs 50$). Rent will be equally split between the two of us (totally rent is 1550$/month + 1000$ deposit, so each will pay less than 800$/month + a one-time 500$ deposit).
