I'm looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment with me. The apartment is located at 318 1st Ave. SW, which is the nearest to the downtown campus.
I'm a 27-year-old male MD who is now working as a research fellow at Mayo Clinic.
Place is furnished.
No pets.
Utilities are included.
My current lease extends up to May.
You also have to pass a routine background check to rent (which costs 50$). Rent will be 700$/month).
