I will work at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville from January 11th 2025 and April 12th 2025. I'm looking for a room to rent with private bedroom and private bathroom for female closer to Mayo Clinic.

Hi,
I have a room available for you. 5 minutes by car from Mayo, 15 by bike and 35 walking.
Room furnished, with closet and private bathroom.
All utilities included. Access to laundry room and kitchen. Bicycle provided for transportation.
Rent is $900 a month and I request a one month deposit, that will be returned when you depart.
