Hi there!

Looking for a room with a private bath near Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, starting January 2025.
I am open to sharing the house with a roommate, preferably a vegetarian.

Hello,
I have a room available for January. My place has a great location, it's 5 minutes by car from Mayo Clinic, 15 by bike and 35 minutes walking distance. The room has a full bed, and it's furnished with a private bathroom. All utilities are included, and a bike is provided for transportation. You have access to the laundry room and kitchen
The rent per month is $900 us and I request a one-month deposit that will be return when you depart. I have a lease agreement. You also have access to the community amenities, pool, tennis, soccer and basketball court. Please let me know if you have any questions.
