Good morning,
I have a room with private bathroom available in January 1st. 5 minutes by car from Mayo Clinic, 15 by bike and 35 walking. Utilities included, also a bike for transportation. Access to kitchen and laundry room.
Rent per month is $900 and I asked for a one month deposit, that will be return when you depart. Lease agreement. Please let me know if you have questions.
