I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease in a 2bd2ba in the Pines of Rochester from January 1st to May 31st. There is a Mayo shuttle that's like 2min from the apartment. Rent is $862.5 per person. All utilities come up to about $65 a month. Underground parking is also available for an additional $50 a month. If you're interested, please text me @ 6189742050

I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease ASAP in a 4bd/2bath that is a 5 minute walk from Saint Mary's. The lease goes until the end of June. Rent is $662.50/month + utilities which average out to be about $60/month. The current roommates are three female Mayo employees.
