I will have available a room on May 1 st with sharing bathroom. All the utilities are included. You have access to the kitchen and laundry room. Also to the community amenities, pool, soccer, tennis and basketball court. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike and 35 walking from Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Fl. A bike is included in the rent for transportation.
I request a one month deposit for reservation that will be return when you depart. I have a lease agreement. The monthly rent is $900.
