Have a 2 bedroom home for rent close to the Mayo facility in Mankato MN. How do I let the staff at Mayo know it’s available

Morning, the 2 bedroom house rents for $2000 per month plus utilities. Both bedrooms are on the main level with 2 full baths, finished basement with a full bath, 2 stall garage with door opener, located 0.8 miles (3 min drive, 15min walk) from Mayo Health System. Home is located across the street from Erlandson Park that has walking areas and lighted tennis courts. We do have a no pet policy since the owner is allergic to pet dander.
