Looking for an accomodation short term for a month in June 2025 at JAX

I m looking for a rental of 1 bedroom with bathroom which preferably is at a walking distance from Mayo Clinic Jacksonville Florida for the month of June 2025. Budget is negotiable. Preferably under 1000$.

Hi there, found a room that might interest you.
It’s about a 25-minute walk (or a 6-minute bike ride) from Mayo Clinic. The room is located at Sandy Run Lane and is currently listed for around $1,200 per month. However, I believe you might be able to negotiate the price with the owner. DM if interested.
