I am a 27/female and looking for a female roommate/room. No smoking in house.
1. To share room at 318 commons 2br apartment from May after my roommate moves out. This would cost between 750-800$ . Modern, near Gonda/UofM Campus.
2. Alternatively can extend lease at my current place. This would cost the other girl 575$+utilities(50 in summers-100$ in winters). I live at 11th avenue and is right across St Mary's.
