Apartment for rent near downtown

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment starting May 1st.
Rent is $845/month + utilities. The lease runs until August 31st with the option to renew.
The apartment is 15 mins walking to downtown campus, with a bus stop right nearby. Free off-street parking.
The apartment is unfinished, but I have furniture that I can sell for a reasonable price.
