Apartment for rent downtown Roch

Hello, I am looking for a third roommate to join me in an apartment right next to and connected to Mayo.

Looking to start August 2025-April/May 2026. This place would be furnished and includes in unit laundry, beds, chairs, tables, and more. All utilities are included and there is a shuttle that takes you to St. Marys, grocery stores, the mall, and more.
