I am looking for a long term rental with or without roommates for 2 people and a friendly cat. Let me know of any suggestions or people to rent from!

Hi, I am looking to rent out my house starting middle of June and would prefer to have long term renters. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with a yard that will need some maintenance but not much as the yard is small. You would be sharing this house with my 18 yr old daughter and her 10 yr old cat. The house is fully furnished and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. Message me if you are interested.
