Hi, I am looking to rent out my house starting middle of June and would prefer to have long term renters. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with a yard that will need some maintenance but not much as the yard is small. You would be sharing this house with my 18 yr old daughter and her 10 yr old cat.
