Apartment for rent downtown Roch

Hello, I am looking for a third roommate to join me in an apartment right next to and connected to Mayo.

Looking to start August 2025-April/May 2026. This place would be furnished and includes in unit laundry, beds, chairs, tables, and more. All utilities are included and there is a shuttle that takes you to St. Marys, grocery stores, the mall, and more.

Please comment/pm me if you are interested. Rent is $1825 total but $608 divided up. We are looking for a clean, quiet, respectful individual to join us! Must be ready to commit soon. Thanks

The apartment rooms are full but there is still a slim possibly one of the roommates will not be able to commit even though she signed the lease. Will know by end of next week! Looking for female roommates as well
