I have a spacious, fully and stylishly furnished one-bedroom suite available in the historic southwest neighborhood of Rochester. It’s within walking distance to both Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s, and the Mayo shuttle conveniently stops nearby.

The home features a large deck and a generous yard—perfect for enjoying the warmer months. I'm looking for quiet, responsible tenants—ideally a single person or a couple. Ideally the lease would be for 3 months plus.
