Is there any easy way to get from JAX airport to Mayo clinic?

I m visiting Mayo Clinic from June 1st. I would like to know if there is an airport bus service or shuttle that runs from the JAX airport to the hospital. Ubers are pretty much expensive. Please let me know if there s any cheaper way to commute

Hi. I've attached directions for a bus from Jax to Mayo. Please know the buses do not run 24 hrs a day. There is no shuttle either. uber or Lyft would take approximately 35 mins depending on traffic but ca run 30-100$ depending on surge pricing.
