Hello, we have 4 separate bedrooms upstairs. One is larger and equipped with a queen bed which could be for a couple. This furnished room will be around $1400 per month. The smaller rooms contain a double bed and will fall around $900-$1000 a month with flexibility depending on length of stay and needs for furnished or unfurnished bedrooms.
