Looking for a room for August 2025 near Mayo Jax

Hi,
I do have a room available for you. I live in an upscale neighborhood just beside Mayo Clinic. 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike and 35 minutes walking.
All utilities are included in the rent. You have access to the kitchen and laundry room. Also you have access to the community amenities, pool, basketball, tennis and soccer court and two parks. I provide a bike included in the rent for your transportation.
I do have a lease agreement and request a one month deposit, that will be return when you depart.
The rent is $950 per month and if you sent me a text, I can provided you with pictures of the house and room.

I am only looking for one month, so there is no need for a lease agreement. If that works, please let me know.
