Hello,
I have a room available starting on August 2025. I live in an upscale neighborhood just beside Mayo Clinic. It's 5 minutes by car, 15 on a bike and 35 minutes walking.
All utilities are included. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room, also the community amenities, pool, soccer, basketball, tennis court and two parks.
I have a lease agreement that I can send you to you email for your review and I request a one month deposit that will be return when you depart.
How many month's are you wanted to rent the room?
The rent is $950.00 us per month.
