Looking for Roommate - Rochester - $875 - Available now

Hello! My name is Funto and I'm a 27 yr old , 4th year MD/PhD student at Mayo. I am living in a 2bd/2.5ba apartment at Broadway Plaza in downtown Rochester and I'm looking for a roommate. Female/femme preferred (but not essential). The apartment costs $875 + a $65 utilities fee per person. All utilities are covered by the fee including internet and cable. The various hotel amenities, including the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room are available too. The unit is unfurnished. I have brought some things from my old apartment and we can discuss more about that if interested. I do have cat, but she is very friendly and loves to meet new people.
