Roommate needed from August Near Mayo Clinic, Jax

I am looking for a roommate to occupy one bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Coquina Bay, which is just a 5-min by car (15 min by bike) from Mayo Clinic, Florida. Rent is $750 per month + ~50$ utilities. Furnished. The other bedroom is currently occupied by a male Mayo Clinic employee.

I am preferably looking for someone who can stay from August to December, but even if you're only available for a shorter term (1-2 months), that is also fine. The other room is occupied by a male
