Roommate Needed for August at Coquina Bay (Near Mayo Clinic, Jax)

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an immediate roommate to occupy one bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Coquina Bay (3709 San Pablo Rd S), which is just a 5-minute drive from Mayo Clinic, Florida. The rent is $750 per month, excluding utilities.

I am preferably looking for someone who can stay from August to December, but even if you're only available for a shorter term (1-2 months), that is also fine.

The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and includes in-house laundry services. If you're interested, feel free to contact me for more details, including pictures of the room and the apartment.
